A rural, unspoilt, isolated, shell-shaped beach with white sand. Windy and with strong waves. Ideal for contemplating the strength of the waves, the landscape of the mountains and the adjoining beaches of Covas and A Frouxeira. Suitable for lovers of nature and places with few crowds. Access from the municipal capital, take the Ferrol-Ferrol-Covas road, after the parish church, turn right towards Ponzos beach. Take the land consolidation track as far as the path leading down to the beach.
