This unique corner dwelling features stunning galleries, wrought iron balconies, and decorative cornices, making it a must-see for architecture enthusiasts.

[1922] Modernism It was the result of the remodelling of a family house carried out by the emigrant in Havana, Nicolás López Cancela. It corresponds to the model of corner dwellings. The most attractive elements of the main façade are the galleries on the first floor, linked by a wrought iron balcony, the continuous balcony on the second floor, an ornamental cornice and a small attic, re-covered with zinc scales. On the rear façade, a gallery runs along the first floor, protected by zinc sheeting supported by pillars.
