[1930-1934] Regionalism It was promoted by Emilio Blanco Blanco, an emigrant in Argentina. The majestic house stands amidst the luxuriant vegetation of an extensive estate, in which an imposing fir tree and an araucaria stand out. The tower with cast-iron lattice balconies, which open onto the main floor, and the Arab tile roof over large eaves supported by carved teak wood pieces, typical of regionalist architecture, is the main feature of this domestic architecture. In its day, this mansion was the most significant residential complex in its surroundings.
