This eclectic family home features a charming porch with semicircular arches, a striking gallery in white and maroon, and a unique wooden corner balcony.

[1929] Eclecticism It was promoted by Joaquín Sixto Vázquez, an emigrant in Havana. The project was the work of Cuban architects Albarrán and Bibal. It is a family home distinguished by its picturesque appearance. A porch with three semicircular arches supports a long gallery, painted in white and maroon, just like the perimeter of the openings. There is also a wooden corner balcony that presides over the main façade.
