[1929] Eclecticism It was promoted by the Franza y Seijo School Institution, a company founded in Havana in 1921 and completed thanks to the aforementioned emigrant Francisco Vizoso. Symmetry dominates the composition of the façade, in which the wooden galleries stand out. It is currently the Municipal Training Centre where training courses are organised, among other activities.
